JOB: OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Milima Cyber Academy is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Associate to
join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cybersecurity and education,
with a strong ability to manage operational tasks and support the delivery of high-quality training
programs. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for facilitating smooth operations
within the Academy, coordinating with tutors, students, and other stakeholders, and ensuring the
seamless execution of training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between Milima Cyber Academy, tutors,
students, and other clients of Milima Security.
• Training Program Support: Assist in the creation, implementation, and continuous
improvement of training programs for students.
• Record Maintenance: Manage and maintain accurate records such as trainee lists, class
schedules, attendance sheets, and other essential documents.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule classes, training sessions, and events, ensuring all
details are organized and communicated effectively.
• Material Management: Ensure that tutors prepare and distribute relevant training
materials in line with the course modules.
• Reporting: Submit regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and progress to the
Academy leadership team.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure that trainees and students comply with Milima Cyber
Academy’s policies and procedures.
• Content Creation: Support the production of communication materials, such as articles,
infographics, videos, and other resources to promote Academy activities.
• Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and coordinating public events, including
webinars, seminars, workshops, and the annual MCA White Hat Day.
Minimum Requirements:
• A degree or certificate in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with training platforms, scheduling tools, and basic financial management is
desirable.
